Angola's Constitutional Court has opened a limited tender with prior qualification for services and movable goods to update and modernize ARCA, the platform that archives and registers candidatures and acts. The base budget is 20,669,125,000 kwanzas before value-added tax, and the contract is designed to run until 30 days after the country's 2027 general elections.

The procedure was sent for publication on 22 September 2026 and sets 3 October 2026 at 15:00 as the deadline for applications, delivered to the court's premises at the Palace of Justice in Luanda.
