Everywhen Names Parry to International Client Role
Health and benefits consultancy Everywhen has appointed Parry to lead international client management and retention, adding another specialist to its international team.
The appointment takes the international team to 11 people. Parry will support the strategic growth of the firm's international portfolio and oversee provider and proposition management. She brings more than 10 years of experience in international private medical insurance, having previously worked at Marsh Oman, Aetna International and Allianz.
Sarah Dennis, head of international at Everywhen, said the hire would help the consultancy strengthen client relationships and improve outcomes for employers and their employees. The firm said the move reinforces its ability to support multinational businesses that want tailored health, wellbeing and employee benefits arrangements.
The announcement does not disclose a start date, and it identifies the appointee by surname only.
Why Everywhen Is Adding International PMI Expertise Now
The hire is a targeted addition to Everywhen's international client-facing capability. Rather than signalling a change of direction, it deepens expertise in the services the consultancy already offers to multinational employers.
Why Parry's Cross-Insurer Experience Matters
Parry's background combines international private medical insurance roles across both insurer and advisory businesses. For consultancies, that exposure is relevant because global health and benefits work often requires coordination with insurers, medical providers and local market rules. A hire with direct experience can make provider and proposition management more efficient and can improve retention of clients that need consistent support across countries.
International private medical insurance has become a more complex purchase for employers because employees may be spread across jurisdictions with different regulatory requirements, provider networks and cost bases. A consultant with ten years of PMI experience can help clients design cover that is consistent at headquarters level but workable locally.
The Shift Toward Tailored Global Strategies
Parry described an international market moving away from one-size-fits-all health and wellbeing support toward more tailored global strategies. If that shift continues, consultancies with direct underwriting and insurer experience are likely to be better placed than those offering only administrative coordination. Everywhen's decision to add this role suggests it is positioning its international team to meet that expectation directly.
